DHS Autism Grant Update

DHS has cut the grant amount for children with autism to $2,500 due to the number of families applying.  The adult grant amount may still be at $5,000.

Actual Dollar Estimates of Expenses

I was called today by DHS because my dollar estimates were listed in the essay, not the payee form.  On the payee form, please break out your expenses. For instance, for a psychologist visit request you would have $300 initial consultation, followed by 11 visits at $200 each. $300 + ($200 *11) = $2,500.
