Friendship Community Care, Inc. in Russellville provides intensive autism therapy to children until age 5. Those from 0-3 receive care under a TEACCH model. Children from 3-5 continue to use the TEACCH model as well as the nonverbal approach developed by Dr. Vincent Carbone. This program can take Medicaid payments, provides most of the therapy, and trains parents in the techniques.
